Zali is the realization of the desire, thirty many years within the making... within a kitchen, in a house, in Beirut –a spouse and children that, much like every single other loved ones on this planet, was persuaded that their mother’s cooking, was the top.

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from full-time mom and grandmother to whole-time chef. Our chef Restaurant Abu Dhabi is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived almost all of her daily life in Lebanon. for thus lengthy, she cherished tests her very own recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion did not leave her home’s nest until finally Zali supplied her that chance. Now, her homegrown happiness and fervour for cooking are for you and the planet to taste!

In all our dishes are flavors which have created the journey all of the way from Lebanon. You might take a number of them again house!

We call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: a number of homemade jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to buy and try. They are well prepared by our chef or made by farmers back again home. “Mouneh”is actually a Lebanese tradition of preserving foods over the seasons.
