Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from complete-time mother and grandmother to complete-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived the here majority of her everyday living in Lebanon. for thus very long, she liked screening her own recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm didn't depart her home’s nest right up until Zali provided her that chance. Now, her homegrown joy and passion for cooking are for you personally and the planet to flavor!

In all our dishes are flavors that have made the journey the many way from Lebanon. You might take many of them back home!

We simply call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: a number of homemade jars with preserved and dried delicacies that you should get and take a look at. They can be organized by our chef or made by farmers again residence. “Mouneh”is usually a Lebanese custom of preserving food stuff across the seasons.
